Purpose& Mission:
Continue improving our service level to be the top one in the market
Improve selling & service contract amount, add value to our customerResponsibility:
Maintain key customer equipment in field Support the service work of other colleagues Keydeliverables(maximum 5):
100% customer satisfied rate. Build good relationship with the customer.
Sales of consumables, components and service with profit.
Preventative Call /Emergency call completed on time.Low repeated service callCompetency& qualification requirements:.
Above Associate Degree, major in mechanical, electrical engineering or farming. Commercial Knowledge & basic selling skill Over 3 years working experience. Familiar with low voltage electricity equipment. Familiar with office software. Willing to be always on business travel. Electrician Certificate is a plus. Cooling knowledge is a plus Farm working experience is a plus. Primary English level ,CET-4 is a plusPersonalitytraits:
